Every trip is tracked from pickup to drop-off, so support can see where you are if something goes wrong.

Send a live link to someone you trust — they can follow your route without installing anything.

Reach emergency services and your saved contacts from inside the app while the trip is running.

Where enabled, a start PIN confirms you are getting into the right car before the trip begins.

Riders and drivers rate each other. Accounts that fall below our standard are reviewed and removed.

You are in immediate danger

Use the emergency button in the app, or call your local emergency number directly. Your safety comes first — report it to us afterwards.
Something happened on a trip or order

Open the trip or order in your history and report it. Support can see the full record, including the route and timings.
You lost something

Report the item from the trip in your history and we'll help you reach the driver.
